Wendy's is always great. There are two locations (Phoenixville and Paoli) my friend and I frequent and this is one of them. ... The restaurant is always very clean, the employees very friendly and the food is always served up very quickly. We don't go toMcDonald's or Burger King anymore, at least not around us. I will go several miles out of my way to get to this restaurant. Ofcourse, it's still fast food, which I eat less of than I used to, but I have consistently found the quality of their food toquite a bit above average. Read more
Quick and easy service. Polite staff. Food is what you'd expect from fast food.
Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Not bad. Soda machine apparently not working, so staff had to fill soda order (and server said... "no one is trying to fix it." Something you NEVER say to a customer). Beyond that, I got what I wanted, the place was clean andthe staff was helpful. An vast improvement from my last visit and light years ahead of the Lionville and Audubon stores. Read more
This Wendy's consistently misses items on DoorDash orders even though it is listed on the receipt on the bag which boogles the... mind. I've almost never receive drinks and have also not received additional side items I ordered. Read more
I was the only one in line...Took at least 3 times repeating simple order "Bacon Bourbon Burger combo w/Lemonade" to get the OK... to pull thru. After receiving order pulled over to check...It was NOT the requested Burger. How did this happen? Why is gettingthe order right such a problem at this location? Family uses Drive-thru, but almost always the order comes out wrong!? Why?Went inside to get correct Burger, which is DELICIOUS! This doesn?t even deserve one star. I ordered door dash, they screwed up the order and when I went to pick up items, the manager... called me a liar and refused to give me missing items. I can?t help it if there staff is so incompetent they can?t get ordersright. This isn?t even the first time. It happenes ALL THE TIME. I only ever order from there for the frostys but when I order Ispend $80-90 at a time. This is a least twice a week. They definitely just lost my business. God forbid you try to get what youpaid for. You must by lying, they don?t make mistakes according to them. Corporate will also hear about this. Worst customerservice experience ever! This ?new manager? needs to go back into training.
