I've only ever ordered out from Hardee's but they're burgers were great each time I went.

They have recently had their service become subpar to what it was I visited once or week or so I stopped due to my order was... always incorrect and then when I politely went in ro fix my order the kitchen staff fought about it then when I received my 2ndsandwich barley ANY bacon on.it like 2 baby pieces so due to trouble to just simply get a plain chicken sandwich chicken baconbread shouldn't be that hard but apparently it is so I switched to sonic even liking the hardee's sandwich a bit better it's notworth the 20-30 min to get a sandwich. ???? Last night went to grab dinner because I didn't have time to cook. Placed my order at 8:33pm. Approximately 10 minutes later I... was told they were out of tenders so I said I'd settle for a chicken sandwich. Another 10 minutes later and the woman calls anumber a looks my way. I proceed to the counter, because I don't know the order number since I wasn't given a receipt. The younglady says "aren't we missing tenders" and I see the man that told me they were out of tenders FINALLY drop the chicken for thesandwich in the fryer. Finally about 35 minutes after ordering everything is ready. I was so aggravated I just took it and left.When we got home, the other sandwich we ordered is a mess. The bread is soaking wet from sitting so long and isn't even holdingtogether and the fries are cold and grease soaked. This has been our go to for fast food but that was the last time we will evergo there again. Over 30 minutes and had 1 meal we couldn't eat and the other not really what we ordered. The staff were friendly and one lady was exceptionally friendly greeting every customer as they walked in the door and thanking... them as they left. I wish I would have gotten her name. The food was good and the dining room was clean. Read more
Food was fresh and warm. The restaurant is big with plenty seating. The staff was busy with drive-thru orders which is fine. ... They got my order correct but bagged the wrong g item. Thankfully I was dining in so I was able to return it and get thetenders, which were good. Wife had Western bacon cheeseburger and she loved it. I would eat here again. Read more
Soggy fries, big burger, large drink combo $9,00? Tiny burger, no cheese, onion rings (couldn't find the onions) and small drink... combo $5.89!!? $15.00 Total Wasted!!! Read more
Time wise, it was quick, and the order was correct. Good food.
