I\'m not a fan of most Mexican restaurants because they\'re so generic. Los Rancheros is not only my favorite Mexican... restaurant, it\'s one of my favorite places to eat. The service... Most of the food was pretty decent I wouldn\'t mind eating there again but our waiter seemed to be in a \"I hate... the world\" mindset. He was cold and short (his attitude not physically) and was not real worried with us at all even tho therewas not a lot of people there. My husband was trying to get our daughter a refill tried to flag down another waiter that waswalking by and he made a motion with his hands basically saying \"I\'m off don\'t ask!\" Read more
The entertainment was the best thing about the restaurant!! Nick Perkins as Elvis put on a phenomenal show!! The food had no... flavor and the service was horrible! Never cleaned our table nor did he bring us our bill!! We had a party of 10 and all of uscould have easily left without paying!! We had to find our waiter to get our bill!! The worse part is NO FANS ON THE OUTSIDEPATIO!! BRING YOUR OWN FAN IF YOU PLAN ON EATING OUTSIDE! MANAGEMENT should be doing a better job on keeping customers happy!! Read more
Heard good things but was sorely disappointed! Went in at 11:30 on Friday, not crowded 6 men at another table. Ordered steak... fajitas. Took 20 minutes to get food. Very skimpy portions for price. Meat was very tough and chewy! See NO reason to returnto this location as service was also poor! Guess one needs to order the drinks to enjoy eating here! Read more
First time, food was delicious service was friendly, very relaxing environment.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Food was amazing, drinks are huge, perfectly made, and definitely NOT stingy on the... alcohol! I had the margarita swirl (margarita with sangria swirled in it). Loved it! The guacamole was made differently thanany other restaurant I\'ve been to, but I absolutely loved the fresh take on it. It is now officially the best guac I\'ve everhad. I seriously want to go back tomorrow. And I just might. Read more
Ordered poblano fajitas and steak burrito. It was very good. They do have a lunch menu and serve complimentary chips and salsa.
It is so sad that they got new management once again. The new manager is a women and she takes tables from the servers. We sat... there for almost 8min waiting for the manager to come take our drink order. While they had 3 servers doing nothing its not theservers fault though the manager shouldn\'t be on the floor taken tables from the servers. Bad and very poor management choice.We will not be back if the manager is running the floor. Read more
