They never get my order right. When you call to let them know they seem as if you've bothered them and want you to come back.... Which I understand they don't deliver but I can't keep getting back to work across town to find out the order was wrong again. Should be someone that is checking orders and rechecking for accuracy! Possibly the slowest TB on Earth. Took forever to go through the line even though there were only three cars ahead of me. When I... finally placed my order and pulled around, the same three cars were still ahead of me waiting for their orders. When I finallygot my order and went home, part of it was missing and all of it was cold. Not going back, to this or any TB, not worth the waitfor cold and missing food. Read more
Typical Taco Bell menu, ordered thru the drive thru lane. Very accommodating employees when order was confused Bell Grande... instead of Bell Grande meal. Fixed at pickup window without missing a beat, superb service with a smile! Read more
They love to trick the drive thru timer at this location. One car orders while the next car is told to wait. I've noticed this... happen a lot at this location which tells me regional management is serious about a fast drive thru. The only problem this istricking the drive thru give fake results. Read more
I spent 18.00 on 3 items and was extremely disappointed and upset. Ordered 2 of the new double steak burritos and received what... looked like old food. MANAGER claimed items were made fresh, and I know typically that statement is true, I. used to be anemployee of Taco Bell so I know.. However in this case I am not so sure. I didn't even get past the visual to even bite into it, they went into the trash. A multi billion dollar company and this the food they putting out the window. WoW. Read more
Went to get food because I had to work late and pulled up just before 11:00 at night and the workers left the restaurant, said... they were closed, but couldn?t provide the two other cars in line for the drive thru or myself why. The hours are posted theyclose at 2am. Not happy that we weren?t given a reason for the early closure.
