Stay away if you want to receive your food and get out in a timely manner. Made reservations for 10 people at 9pm. Gave our... order in at 915, and patiently waited an hour. We received three burgers first. We had told them the food should come outtogether when we first ordered. Waited another 10 minutes for 3 orders of wings. Then another 10 minutes for another 2 moreorders. After 15 minutes we finally got our last two orders. Meanwhile the other table next to us who came in half an hour afterus already had all their food. No apology from the waitress, other than to say, she had been ordered to send the food out slowlyas it came. I understand being understaffed.. but it wasn't busy and we didn't have massive orders. For a table of 10, we gotone pitcher of water until we asked for another one. I've been to many restaurants but this was just horrible service. I was notexpecting to eat my food at 1030 after arriving at 9pm. Not much I can say about the food since everything was cold by the timewe could eat. Wouldn't recommend coming at all. First I will say that the food did taste good. That's where the good stuff ends. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered.... Wait another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Another 10 minutes to order food. 30 minute wait to get our food. Had to reorder 3meals because because they forgot them. ALL of the bills were wrong even though everything was written down. The place was notas busy for this to happen. The manager walked by us several times and did not offer any assistance. Never going back. Read more
Not sure where to start ... Food OK certainly not great , but passable ( ribs & wings ) SERVICE ... TOTAL MESS while the... waitress was lovely, no sense of urgency , it took us , 2.5 hours from start to finish ... And there was NO ONE ELSE IN THEPALACE.. then the kick in the b@ll&.. $175 four adults ( all ribs ON SALE) 3 BEER 1 soda $175 . Overall AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALLCOSTS , this place has a long way to go to make 3 star. Read more
Firstly the service was excellent. We were there just after noon and it wasn't all that busy. I ordered the full rack of ribs... with fries and a side greek salad. The ribs were mediocre at best, the salad was actually a Mediterranean salad with lettuce andvery little flavour. The fries were just alright. The portions were large though. Likely won't be back... Place needs major improvement! Our wings were swimming in sauce completely disgusting. Manager indicated nothing can done. Doing... my part to warn future customers not only we waited an hour for our food to feel disgusted please be aware food quality is notup to par with other Allstars franchise washrooms disgusting feel dirty atmosphere after use Read more
My Husband and I enjoyed an amazing lunch today here ???? We wanted to try 5 different flavours of wings but were having some... difficulty deciding since there were SO many wing flavours to choose from. Our waitress, Olivia was amazing and made someexcellent recommendations, which we absolutely LOVED!! Huge wings and incredible flavours! The loaded poutine was so deliciousas well!
