Always had a great service whenever I visit this place and catcus cut potatoes are must try..
Never order online through Uber. Worst service from this place. I order the chicken parm, comes with a pathetic amount of... broccoli that is yellowed. I chose cactus cut potatoes and paid extra for it and they came cold and WITHOUT the signature dipthat is required for these! Uber doesn't care. Can't offer refunds, They'll reply to this and offer me a coupon for a free smallpizza next time I go in but whatever. If I wanted pizza I'd get pizza it solves nothing. Train your employees to serve thismeal in delivery as you would if the person were to dine in! Read more
Ordered last night around 10pm on ubereats had a driver there waiting. The order got cancelled at 10:57. Kind of annoying but... whatever. Ordered today the chicken parm. They forgot the dip for the cactus cut potatos and they absolutely require dip. justdisappointed really. :( bread was kind of burnt and the chicken was smaller than normal (ive ordered this a lot in thepast!) Had an amazing experience. I am gluten free, and had a huge selection to choose from which is very rare. Our server shauna was... amazing, very authentic and helpful. We had a pleasant experience at this location this evening. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken shortly... after. Everything came out in a timely manner. The service was great, the staff worked together and made sure we were taken careof throughout our entire stay. We ordered a pitcher of beer, the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and the Loaded Tex Mex Fries tostart, both food items were excellent! I was extremely happy with how crispy and buffalo coated the cauliflower bites were. Forthe main I ordered a side of fries and the Fiesta Salad with the Plant Based Crumble option (which was included in the price andnot an extra charge), and I was very satisfied with the portion size and how delicious and filling it was. I also ordered theRed Sangria, which had plenty of merlot which I loved, it was a great drink. Hmmm, not great at taking orders over the phone for takeout. I ordered the honey dill fried chicken sandwich and this is what I... got. Love Boston Pizza, Love Ajax but this Pickering Location is the Boston Pizza to go too!!! Amazing Customer Service from top... management right down to the server. Friendly, offered great recommendations and handled my family of 6 very well. The wholefamily left full and happy. In this pandemic top service is what truly stands out. I went with my wife for lunch and told our server that we would like to share their mushroom spinach bake pasta and she got it... pre split on 2 plates with extra garlic bread, I loved that she was so considerate. The food was delicious, will visit again Read more
