The restaurant is wheel chair accessible. The restaurant was clean, and so was the bathroom. There is lots of parking. The... staff were friendly and prompt. They have a big menu, so if pasta is your thing, they have something for you. The fresh bakedbread is all you can eat. So is the soup, and the salad. The dinner was ready, fast, and it was fresh. What a great evening! Richard was, without a doubt, the best waiter we've ever had. He was so humorous, and made us wonder why... there couldn't be more waiters like him. This restaurant is located with the shopping mall with a separate entrance facing outside. The servers are nice and friendly. We... went to different East Side Mario's restaurants in greater toronto area and for the food quality, this restaurant is definatelybetter. We ordered Mario's Chicken Parmigiana and a mini marios (kid's) meal with a ham & pineapple pizza. For the drink weordered Rainbow Shirley for my daughter and an ice tea for my wife. The hand-breaded Chicken Parmigiana is very big in portion,crispy outside and moist inside. The side dishes including the homeloaf bread and caesar salad are delicious. We all enjoyedtonight and for sure we'll come back again :) That's very convenient after we had a great dinner, we spend sometime in theshopping mall before going home. Read more

Good for family or date night! My husband and I went for a lunch date and had an enjoyable time! The food was perfect, and... Richard was a great server! The unlimited soup and salad is a favourite of both of ours, and you can’t go wrong with thegarlic bread. We went again the next day with the kids and liked Richard so much we asked to sit in his section. He was greatwith the kids, has a refreshing sense of humour, and is quite the character!
