Ordered pickup to avoid a 45min delivery wait time. Was told to pick up in 20. Showed up 30mins after my order placement and... they were still building my pizza... Waited another 20 for it to bake. Not sure the point of pickup.... Be better pizza Nova! Read more
Ordered regular pizza and it came out thin as a paper. If you like salty pizza, order olives. I had to pick them off..... disappointed paying 20 bucks for medium pizza to not even enjoy it. Read more

Location: Kingston & Altona, Pickering. We picked up a large 3 topping pizza today for a quick dinner. Gotta say I was surprised... this was a Pizza Nova pizza. Pizza Nova is usually delicious. This pizza was a very disappointing dinner and purchase. The crusttasted like cardboard? like a pre made, frozen crust and at first I thought they had forgotten the sauce. It was there butscant. Very disappointed in the management at this specific Pizza Nova. I had walked in with my fiancée to get a medium pizza with... three toppings. Our usual go to is thick crust and chilli flakes in addition to the toppings we choose. When pizza was presentedthe pizza was thin like cardboard and made a remark immediately about it being thin crust. I had repeated my order more thanthree times verbally prior to finalizing the order so I was confident I would get the pizza I ordered. The manager/franchiseowner came out and said next time show with your fingers what thick and thin crust is. I was very disappointed in hearing thatresponse back. Owning very successful businesses myself that is not how you respond to a customer. You are a franchisee of a?pizza nova? if you make a human mistake with an order you should fix it rather than insult customers. Highly disappointed andwill not return back. Read more

I Ordered from this store over a couple of days hoping I get the pizza nova quality I used to get by my old residence. This... store makes the pizza very thin it crack like a cookie. We have ordered multiple times from this location and EVERY time its disappointing. We ordered their bacon cheddar regular... crust, that you would expect to be greasy but somehow they manage to make it bone dry. Crust was THIN with hardly any sauce.With less than 5km away for delivery, it showed up room temp, not even steamy even though they're so close. This is the lasttime we order from this location.
