The lady at the cash who also works at the back has horrible customer service! Even when they mess up your order they make you... pay for it. This has been the third time this happened! The same lady never uses a hair net or gloves when handling food. I havebeen understanding the pst two times but a third time is enough to loose me as a customer! Honestly so disappointed with the waythe handled the situation each and every time! Next time I?ll drive a little further to a different pizza Nova location or justorder from a different pizza place. I have been coming to this location for years! And will always stay like this love the quality, service and friendly staff that... are willing to help out when needed. Staff experience is excellent! Ordered two sandwich combo special. 17$ ...Paid extra for cheese and toppling. 25 tax in and did I get my order....no ask for... tomatoes none... peppers none..The person making my sandwich did not care about the order or customer....It was better beforenew owners.....Some staff great other..? I ordered a $30 pizza and the first came like they just threw on the topping and dumped a whole bunch of extra sauce on the... pizza - I called and asked for a replacement and the sent me a burnt pizza. These guys suck big time. You made your point - Iwill never order from you guys again. Worst Pizza ever. Read more
This location is conveniently located across the street from the Pickering Town Centre. It's newly renovated and is kept pretty... clean. It's mainly a pickup counter, so there isn't really any place to sit. This is my first time trying this location and Ifound my pizza to be a bit over done and dry. All along the bottom and the crust was dark brown and black. Unfortunately Ididn't notice until I got home, so it was pretty disappointing. However the service at the counter was friendly, quick andefficient. Read more
