Their prices in person are more expensive than prices in the app! Footlong is $2 more expensive in person. It?s not like the... footlong is on special in the app or anything like that. Read more

I once had to go to that location for an interview as I was looking for work, (travelled all the way from Scarborough to... Pickering by the way) and when I got to that location and told the manager I came for an interview, she did not care at all. Shehad a whole 5-7 min conversation with her coworker before the interview, and started to have another conversation with ANOTHERcoworker DURING the interview. Like who does that? How can you be a manager and not conduct an interview professionally?? I wasso upset and disappointed? Read more

I am very impressed by the lady service. When I reached at subway she almost closed all units and going to end her shift, but as... i was hungry so she welcome me and make me a delicious sub and welcome me very well. I would really appreciate that. Read more

I have been trying to get a hold of the manager or owners several times by phone and can not get any one to pickup the phone.... Finally a female answers the phone and I ask for the manager? Then she asks who's calling? I teller her my name and she actslike she is putting me on hold. The line goes dead. She just hung up on me. I have had someone buy $80.00 worth of subs on mysubway app and need help by a manager. If the manager reads this please contact me. Thank you Disappointed. Read more

Very bad experience. The lady was very rude and doesn't even know how to serve a customer. I asked her for a bread and she said... she didn't have that. Then I politely asked what were my options. She just pointed her finger to the glass. I selected one andthen she said she didn't have that as well. Then I said she could've told me the available breads in the first place. In the endshe just threw the sandwich in front of me. As a courtesy I said thank you, but she ignored and walked away. I don't know what'swrong with her as I never had a bad experience from Subway like this, especially this one in Amberlea Shopping Centre. Read more

Very nice experience, clean ambience and friendly staff. Worth stopping there for quick lunch or snack and talk to respective... person serving you your freshly prepared order. Owner was there too and ensuring that the order is served to perfection. ManyThanks for your service. Must visit. Read more
