The food is good, our experience is the staff... are very friendly and accommodating, even helping us with vegan options. They should be ashamed calling their dish Thai. I ordered Beef spicy noodle, shrimp spring rolls, beef salad, and coconut sticky... rice. First of all, they look nothing like the picture on their website. Second of all, I only found 2 piece of sad lookingbasil leaf in my beef spicy noodle, and that was all the visible Thai herb in my entire course of meal. [The shrimp springroll] Terrible design. I don't know who thought about it, like it's forcing you to share with someone with two shrimp tailssticking out? Am I supposed to eat with my husband and we meet at the center or something? So hard to eat and visually nothingpleasing, also 10$ for two spring rolls, absolutely rip off. [Spicy beef noodle] This was more like flat beef noodle you getat Chinese restaurant, except beef was way harder and noodle all chopped short and sticking together. Flavor was OK, edible ifyou didn't tell me this was Thai dish. [Thai beef salad] I had this salad in Eat BKK Thai restaurant and loved it. The rarebeef steak beef with coriander, basil, lime juice created flavorful and zesty taste pallet. This place, beef was rock hard,there was a chunk of salad leaf (like they didn't even bother to break apart), with no herbs on sight. [coconut sticky rice] Idon't know how can any restaurant mess this dish. The portion was massive, which would have been a good thing however, thesticky rice was hard, which was covered with cashews that got completely soggy due to moisture. I do know sticky rice gets hardas it gets cold, but this hardness isn't from temperature. It was more like bubble tea store selling you the left overtapioca. Now, apparently this franchise isn't bad, according to my husband, the Scarborough location was really good and heused to go. I hope some quality control gets into this store soon. Read more
I am not going to deny food is delicious but, the place is too small only 4 tables and u fortunately they get a lot of skip the... dishes, uber eats.. etc, so u find ur self in an extremely crowded place and people just waiting for pickup inside, due to manypeople cooking in and out, the door was not properly foxed and kept making noise and was so irritating that although i wasgoing to have my dessert there but i changed my mind and went some where else Read more
Probably the best Thai restaurant in the Durham region. The Pad Thai, Fried Rice, and Oodles of Noodles are must try dishes. You... can't go wrong with the curries as well especially the Malay Curry which is rich, creamy and full of flavour. The portions aregenerous and ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Read more
I have been going to the Pickering Thai One On for a couple years now and it has always been a good experience. Excellent... customer service, great food, and always friendly. The most consistently amazing items are the Spicy Thai Eggplant, BasilChicken, and the Spicy Thai Noodles (with Beef or Chicken). Deserts are okay but the entrées are always a win! Read more

Drove all the way from Brampton to this location just to get their food. Ordered the curry chicken fried rice, devil chicken and... hot and sour soup- all extra spicy. 5/5 stars as it was still hot when I got home and me and my wife really enjoyed the food!Definitely a must try!
