Took 30 minutes for us to get only a small soup & salad. 1 salad was ordered no tomatoes do to allergy but it had tomatoes. ... Took another 20 minutes to get a remake. Had to ask for refills on drinks she did not come back to are table until giving us areceipt. She said she had stuff to do why she didn't come back. 2 waitresses were following a cute guy around & giggling. Hadto ask another waitress to wait on us the whole time Read more

Service could have been better. Dirty plates not removed. No refill on water. Food was fresh, served quickly. Tasted great.... Rolls fresh. Mixed up at register, had to wait for mng to ring up bill. Atmosphere was not much sense of urgency..... Read more

Not at all what Bob Evans used to be. The last 4 attempts we've made to order from this location have been an absolute disaster.... This is what they give you for a $30 salad. 6 pathetic ounces of chicken. Read more

Currently at the establishment and it took 40 minutes for us to be seated. The staff seemed very nice but the urgency at this... specific one was very poor. My family and I watched as 13/14 different families walked out due to a high 40/45 minute wait to beseated while there were 16 tables or available for seating that we counted on our way to the table we were beating seated at.They said the kitchen was backed up but, The manager was never seen, at least by us. Usually the manager walks around andgreats people and asks if everything is good and how the experience was and that never happened and the lack of help to theemployees was even more disappointing because if they were so backed up the manager you would think would be all over the placehelping out. The in-house customers should definitely be top priority but it seemed like they were more worried about the Togoorders or the ?DoorDash? orders than the live customer. We love Bob Evans but this specific one was definitely not one we?d evercome back to unfortunately!! Not to mention it took 35/40 mins to get our food and it was just breakfast! Absolutely ridiculousat any place! As we were seated this was a few pics of the place without putting any faces in them and as you can tell PLENTY ofseating the there was still a pile of people standing up front waiting to be seated! We ordered takeout and both of us had the Pot Roast with mashed potatoes, gravy & carrots. The pot roast melted in our mouths.... Also ordered the family size of their delicious Chicken Noodle Soup. We didn't have to wait long at all. The person that tookour order was very courteous. Read more

Had to wait at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged that we arrived to be seated. The restaurant was fairly empty on a Friday... at 6:00 PM. The food was mediocre, it used to be much better but the quality and portions have declined. Our server waspleasant but we ordered pie for dessert and were then told they were out but we were still billed for it. I don't blame theserver for the slow service, mistaking my order, or the incorrect billing, I think she may have been the only server and had toomany customers. This place isn't very well run. After standing for about 10 minutes in a fairly empty restaurant waiting to be seated everything else went well. We let our... server know that we had to leave by a certain time for work and they had our food out quickly. Food was well cooked and hot.Manager was incredibly attentive and very much out talking with people. The person that seated us was wonderful as well. Read more

I am currently in the restaurant I never experienced such blatant racism as I have this evening with my sons and I. The manager... Gerardo is simply despicable and being brown himself he should be more empathetic not to mention he's the general manager. Ourfood was cold, our waitress was rude and slow a very unattentive to our table I had to ask another lovely gentleman foreverything that we have thus far. We frequent Bob Evans as it's a great family establishment, currently I am questioning thatdecision. All of our chicken dinners have had to be remade as they were raw and pink inside. They remade the meat but not thesides. The only time the general manager said anything to us after being in the restaurant for an hour was when he offered totake our plates as if he was just ushering us to hurry out the door. I am floored in the treatment. Never again look at theremade chicken it's burned. As you see no sides. All of this was remade food. I'm so disgusted and disappointed.
