Will never order from here again, placed a delivery and followed tracker. Originally a 40 minute ordered turned into more than... 90 plus minutes. Questioned the manager on the tracker and he stated that the two do not conincide with one another at all.Hello Dominoes, than why have the tracker, and then when I asked if my delivery was going to go to Reynoldsburg and then back myway when we are five minutes down the roadlike it did last time, the manager Matt Cruze decided to question a customer as to whyplace a delivery when you only live five minutes down the road. Will NEVER EVER order from this location again. I ordered online for my mom. Online it estimated 22-32 minutes and I have email... proof. Over a hour passed , I called and the person was acting like she didn?t know We ordered based off the name, then aftergiving her the address she tells me it will be another hour . So online it said the pizza is baked and being inspected a longtime ago so by the time it?s delivered the pizza would have been done almost 2 hours if not more. Tf kind of service is this.I?m sick of paying money for terrible service. If you?re low staff note that on your website so I know before ordering. Get your pizza someplace else, the team at this location is very poorly organized and you don't even get what you order! I... placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 24 minutes for pick up. I got to the store and the place was a mess!Nobody was wearing a mask, some of the employees were not wearing anything to prevent their hair to fall in the pizza (includinga lady), there were at least 5 other people waiting for their pizzas and looking at me like: I feel bad for you, you're notgonna get your pizza anytime soon. I approach to the register and after checking my name, an employee told me it's going to take15 minutes!(My order was supposed to be ready by the time I entered the building!). I waited for 15 more minutes and askedagain, but it wasn't ready! Finally, almost 50 minutes after I placed my order I went home and opened the box to realize theygave me a medium size (that was not even 12 inch like it's supposed to be, but 11.5) instead of a large pizza (14 inch). I ordered 2 pizzas using the Dominos app. I received the notification in the app that the order was ready to be picked up, and I... arrived at the store about 5 minutes later. It turned out that my order was not ready, and I waited for over 15 minutes beforeit was actually ready. I doubt that I will be buying any more pizzas from Dominos. Read more
