Couldn't call in to preorder because phone in store was not charged or on the hook so I had to wait for order. Wasn't the... cleanest and had 6/7 workers at the time. Also wanted a large and couldn't get because they said the wheat bread wasnt thawed. Ido love the quality of the food but overall not very pleased with this visit.. Read more
Let me start off by saying I went to firehouse subs for my first time today not a good experience the employees do not greet you... when you come in try to place the order over the phone and they hung up on me in the cash register wasn?t working and nobodyknew what to do and proceeded to tell me that one of the employees took the keys home to the register unacceptable?. Theemployees need to be trained big-time customer service hospitality and train that if something is wrong they need to know how tofix it or call the proper people that does and that should?ve been stated when I walked in that the cash register wasn?t workingthey was only taking card I wasn?t told that until my food order was already placed. I?ve been going here for awhile now. My most descent visit was today. I first walked in to find it extremely smoky inside..... surprised the alarm wasn?t going off. The service was average at best. It did not seem anyone was in a hurry. The food howevertasted amazing as usual. I give the employees the benefit of the doubt today. I usually don?t have any issues. I?ll be backagain. Read more
We got in and out fairly quickly. The subs were good. I love their sweet and spicy meatball.
