Manager should be demoted to janitor instead- deserves ZERO stars Very Rude service from Becka the store manager in... Pickerington ohio. Becka was not helpful and extremely disrespectful. My husband loves their subs and had accumulated hundredsof points but this experience has left a bad taste. Becka doesn't deserve to be a manager. She didnt know how to do her job anddidnt try. She left the transaction for another employee to finish. I asked for her name and when i was leaving, she made apoint to sarcastically yell at me to have a good day as i was out the door. Very upset when we drove out of our way to get a cheesesteak and told only cold subs. Would have understood except they were... still making them for door dash orders. Was told they couldn?t do both. When told him we drove out of our way to get acheesesteak, was told that?s to bad. Serve all or none. Don?t forget about the people that come to your store to get yourfood.
