Manager should be demoted to janitor instead- deserves ZERO stars Very Rude service from Becka the store manager in... Pickerington ohio. Becka was not helpful and extremely disrespectful. My husband loves their subs and had accumulated hundredsof points but this experience has left a bad taste. Becka doesn't deserve to be a manager. She didnt know how to do her job anddidnt try. She left the transaction for another employee to finish. I asked for her name and when i was leaving, she made apoint to sarcastically yell at me to have a good day as i was out the door. Very upset when we drove out of our way to get a cheesesteak and told only cold subs. Would have understood except they were... still making them for door dash orders. Was told they couldn?t do both. When told him we drove out of our way to get acheesesteak, was told that?s to bad. Serve all or none. Don?t forget about the people that come to your store to get yourfood. I always seem to get a sandwich that's so soggy it's inedible. I know this can be easily remedied by getting a bowl instead, I... feel like I shouldn't have to... I go here for the Vito unwich!!! They use fresh lettuce to wrap the sandwich. I really like it...my favorite is that the... sandwich can easily be a salad...thebletrice they use is always very green and crispy...I'm impressed! Read more
WORST SERVICE EVER. Jersey Mike's - 6464 Pullman Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035. Had a lunch delivery made, the bag the food... came in was competely sealed so no tampering was done by the delivery service. One sandwich in the bag was wrong. Called thestore and their solution was for me to come pick up the correct sandwich which I could not do...hence the delivery service...orto have the delivery service credit me for the sandwich. IT WAS NOT THE DELIVERY SERVICES FAULT. I have yet to see a refundfor the sandwich nor have I received any further response from the Jersey Mike's store. Poor poor POOR customer service and Iwill not purchase from them again. Read more
