I am a type 2 diabetic and I entered your store to get food. I Had not ate anything all day and I knee my sugar was getting low.... As I was ordering I felt dizzy and was going to pass out. The staff there responded quickly and offered me assistance. They gotme seated and offered me water and a cookie to help improve my sugar. The young men and women working that evening deserved tobe rewarded for their quick responce and their outstanding customer service in my time of need. Read more
Order a sub at 12:57 order was received at 1:00 food wasn?t delivered till 2:23 location is 10mins from my door. Called and... talked to employee said ?we are sorry who ever closed last night messed up the bread for the day?. I?m sorry that is not myproblem, an hour and a half to deliver a cold cut sub is ridiculous. If you can?t run a business with efficiency then you shouldhave never opened your doors. This location is never busy in my experiences with this location. Furthermore after opening myorder the bread is severely over cooked. Read more
Friendly staff, but... Didn't even tell me there were other breads like the 9 grain. And as you can see in the picture there's... one slice of meat and cheese in each bite... First time at Jimmy John's and won't ever come back. Read more
It was really good. You guys might need a little more toppings though. Maybe banana peppers instead of hot peppers and some... regular black pepper to put on the sandwich. Other than that everything was delicious. Friendly staff clean restaurant .theymove all the chairs and booths everynight to clean the floors with bleach. I was shocked and impressed. Young kid making bread with his bare hands after just walking into work, while his colleagues all wear gloves as they should.... Meningitis, cold, flu ... should I go on?? This is common sense! Great sandwiches, super fast. I'm not a big fan of the Tuna here though. Everything else is great. If you are sensitive to MSG... stay away from the barbecue chips. Read more
Love Jimmy John's but the last 2 times we were here we noticed the subs are not as full of everything. Like one slice if... everything. That's a joke and I refuse to pay for a fraction of what used to be in the them. So Jimmy's lost me as a customer.Jersey Mike's it is. Read more
