I wish you could give 0 stars. This is not only the worst ran business in Pickerington, it is the worst Little Ceasars I have... been to across the country. I went in yesterday to just get crazy bread and sauce. Not only was the place dirty, they had nofood ready-made. Some guy possibly a manager Hispanic looking, dirty and his pants were unzipped, took my order said it would be3 to 5 minutes then left. After 20 minutes I asked where is my order? They couldn't find my order, said it would be another 5minutes. After almost 30 minutes I finally got my crazy bread and half full thing of sauce. I get home and it's not even a fullorder of bread, there was only 6 pieces, Normally 8 or 10. Every time I have been here it's like this. I'm now done with thisplace. Ordered online with a 25 minute wait. Got there, they told us it would be another 25 minutes. Went BACK in and they hadn't even... put it in the oven. Very unprofessional, do not recommend this site at all. Read more
Was told my pizza would be ready in 45 min. Here I am still waiting an hour and 25 minutes later and at the hour mark they asked... what name it was under and I told them, they then told me they didn?t have an order for that name after the same person took myorder an hour prior. I got there when my food was supposed to be ready and they said 20 more minutes. I asked for them to cancel the order, he said... he would do it. After 2 weeks I did not get my money back. So I called and the lady said it was never canceled so my money theyjust took for nothing. If I didn't call I would not have got it back. Over 50 dollars. Read more
Restaurant takes no responsibility for delivering incorrect orders. They place all blame on door dash, and door dash takes no... responsibility. Be warned, if you get the wrong food, they won't care enough to make it right. Spent $30 on food from this placeonly to receive a single cold pizza, and be told it's not their problem. Read more
The short heavy set guy was rude and short changed the women in front of me and never said he was sorry then i ordered and he... talked to me like i was a kid . No matter how early you put your order in they will make you wait an extra 45 minutes when you arrive to pick it up.
