This mcdonald?s has some of the rudest workers I have ever met. I waited in line for 30 minutes and they had the most attitude... ever and rudest comments made. I understand being understaffed and busy as i?ve worked in food before but it does not give theman excuse to be rude and nasty. Read more
I haven't had a problem in drive thru. But my first time using the app and using curbside pickup was horrible. What was supposed... to be a 5 minute wait, turned to 15 before I finally went inside. Inside, I stood at the counter for 7 minutes before a personeven slightly acknowledged me. Asked where was my order and come to find out they gave it away to someone else. So they had toremake it. While I'm waiting, two employees get into an argument and one employee involved a few customers. Very unprofessional.There was no leadership, no manager insight, no organization and after what was supposed to take only 5 minutes ended up takingme 45 minutes with no apologies or anything. Complete joke, it's Sunday at 5 pm, and one of the employees was extremely disrespectful, and ushers us out the door say they... were closed inside when on the door they were open. Absolutely terrible service and I have lived here my how life. The trafficwas wrapped around the building almost twice..and slso they were getting a delivery which was making the traffic even worse. Igonna go ahead assume they rejected out service because they have a delivery coming in, which has nothing to do with thecustomer. I WILL be coming to this McDonald's again. Terrible all the way around, even the trash cans are over flowing withtrash inside with nats flying around inside. I visited this McDonald's on 08/05/22 around 6:30pm... Service was poor waited inside for 20 minutes before someone took my... order there was a bunch of people inside and a bunch of their orders were messed up drive through was backed up workers seemedconfused after getting my food 30 minutes after I ordered it I left as I'm driving down the road eating I realize that thehamburger I was eating was still pink in the middle see picture below the fries were cold the apple pie was cold the tea wasnasty but I'm a tow truck driver so I didn't have time to turn around and go back so I'm just warning everyone else to stay awaybecause I didn't get sick from this.. Every time we have been here all the tables are dirty, drink area is very dirty.. ordered at kiosk where it says they will bring... the food to you instead they sat it on the counter for 20 min until I came and found it.. people are rude . I asked for warmfries.. she dumped the old cold fries back in the fry area where the fresh fries go ???? Read more

Very busy store but no one at counter to assist. Ordered sweet tea, there was none. When I mentioned this to the manager she... said, I got you and walled away never to return. I waited about 10 minutes. Oh yeah, the ice machine was broken.. evidentlyagain. Not a good experience. Read more
