The food was great. But, you have to pay.99 cent to get a small bottle of parmesan cheese. The bottle was a size of a... prescription bottle. And if you want extra pizza sauce, you get a small cup, for 25 cents. The place was empty, clean,but itfelt awkward. They will be setting up, for self-service. Read more

I have been here several times now and every time I have to wait. They say it will be ready in 15 minutes. Today I took 20 to... get there and ordered curb side pick up. I sat there for 15 minutes after checking in before I went in to just get it. I thenwaited 5 more minutes because the lady ahead of me was so mad hers was taking so long. There were several employees standing upfront talking about personal stuff (seemed like one was the manager) and totally oblivious to the fact that the poor girl at thecounter was drowning. Everyone who was waiting in their cars for pick up came in too. It was awful. No apologies not evenacknowledging that I came inside instead of having it brought out. I tipped 18% when I ordered because I did curbside too. Justan awful experience. I won't be back. Read more

Six members were on staff while while five or six groups stood in line for pre orders that we were told to come pick up. There... was zero communication from staff as to when these orders would be ready. I left after several people cancelled their orders. Idecided to just call the store later to see if they'd caught up with their queue. I asked when I should show up to grab myorder. They hung up and stopped answering my calls. I returned an hour later. They hadn't bothered with my order while I wasgone. An obnoxious guy showed up yelling and complaining and was the first to receive his food. I guess I had not been agitatedand insistent enough to get my order. The phone never stopped ringing while I waited in-store. They never answered it. Norefund or compensation of any kind was offered to me after a two hour delay. The order wasn't even fresh when I got it. Theemployees were as frustrated as the customers. Management apparently has five new hires at once on a Friday. Incredible stuff. Read more

Last time I ordered here, it took over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. Once arrived, the cheesesticks were burnt and... totally hard from sitting around and the pan pizza was half cooked - also hard from sitting. After 2 hours of no deliverytracking, I called and the nice gal apologized and said they are way behind and my food was waiting and my delivery was next.Had I known it was sitting for what was surely a good hour or probably more, I would have canceled then. I ate one slice and itwas horrid - to the point where the rest went into the trash. This location has been a consistent letdown. Also, they sendcanned emails saying they'd like to discuss the issue with the order after you complain. Terrible customer service Read more

I only live less then 2 miles away. Notification says left at 5:50, didn't arrive until 6:20.. unacceptable!! Yes, you had a... cash tip waiting, but since you were obviously in NO hurry I was in NO hurry to give you a tip. Im sure the 5.00 delivery chargeas it was is sufficient.. Read more

I have lived on three continents, 4 different countries and have NEVER been treated so badly. Employee couldn't get order right... 5 times. Yelled at me on the phone because she said she couldn't hear me. Yes I was very upset when I got there to pick up myorder and after bring told not to talk to the employee like I did because she's only a child, I told them to throw the pizzasaway. Seriously need to hire more people. I waited 65 minutes for my meal. I watched you guys refund at least 3 people in that time.... The pizza was good and the staff members you had were very nice. Shame on you owners get off your derrieres and find someworkers. I know prices are going up, but you still need customers to pay those bills. Read more

Placed a carry out order at the Pickerington location and chose curb side. Husband stopped to get it after working a 12 hr day.... After seeing multiple people going in and out picking up food, he decided to go in to see what the delay was?they gave ourpizzas away! And, our wings and breadsticks were sitting above a trash can, beside a sink, for god knows how long.Disgusting!!! Told them to just refund our food total and we?d go somewhere else. Then, in order to cancel/refund the order,they insisted on having me send a picture of my debit card to my husband to show them for proof. I would?ve thought better fromthis location?wrong!! ????
