Do not sleep on this place! My family and I visited on a weeknight, and the place was completely empty. Considering how good the... pizza is, we were shocked. Although, I imagine the vast majority of their business is pickup orders. The cheese and crust wereabsolutely perfect, and I believe they could hold their heads high anywhere in New York. The only drawback in my mind is thatthe didn?t have a waitstaff (considering how large and open a space it is!). You have to do all your ordering at the counter,and you get paper plates, plastic cups, and no ice. That all could be a lot better, but it?s still amazing pizza. Read more
This place was recommended by a friend however I found it to be disappointing. I was born and raised in New York and I know... authentic New York style when I taste it and this isn't it. Pizza was ok, bread knots were bland. The best tasting thing was theonion rings. Place looked very dirty and dusty when I went in to order and looked like they were moving and not open forbusiness. Staff were cordial but you can tell over worked and not as responsive as they should be. Sadly I don't recommend thisplace and I will not be returning. Read more

This was our first time here and we were VERY impressed. This shop came highly recommended. We chose this location because of... the dine in. Ordered a 16" Pepperoni, Breadsticks and a basket of fries foe the kids. The pizza was the definition ofperfection. Perfect topping ratio, good cheese pull and the ability to fold. Exactly what we were looking for! The breadstickswere awesome with a side of sauce and even the fries were above average with a huge portion for $3.99. People posting about thewait times, please get over yourselves. Pizza places get busy at peak times. You're not the center of the universe. We hadincredibly fast service Sunday at dinnertime. I've been getting pizza from Pizzeria NY for years, probably since they opened. And just about every time, I am disappointed. ... The pizza is usually good, that's not really the problem. One of the problems is the long wait time and the fact that when Iorder they say it'll be about 25 minutes but most times my pizza has taken 45-60+ minutes to be ready. The other problem isthat the employees always seem confused, chaotic, behind, and unsure of what is going on. This was very much the case when Iwas there on 6/14/22. The man working did give me a discount because there was so much confusion and such a long wait time (myorder didn't seem to be in the system but my pizza was being made, they were taking multiple calls at once and having to putpeople on hold, and struggling with taking orders and using the credit card machine). I appreciated the discount, but theproblems seem to happen the majority of the time I order pizza here, and I'm just tired of it. It will be a long time before Iever order from here again, if ever. This place has the best pizza! I love their style of pizza, the pepperoni pinwheels and their cannolis. I'd give them 5 stars,... but the cook on my pizza has been overdone a handful of times. Beyond that though, I'm a huge fan of place Read more
