Stopped for dinner. Service was really good. Food came out super fast. I like the fact that most Red Robin servers will bring... you fries almost immediately upon ordering (sometimes before) without even asking. The food was also good at this location. Nowfor what I can't stand about RR... I despise their table checkout process. It is just way too impersonal of a way to end a greatexperience. Often times a server does not come back to the table nearing the end of your visit (not just this location). Theyoften do not cash you out so the intent to give you quick checkout is counter productive to the concept. Again, I think thistable checkout process is so impersonal over convenience and it is a way to say you got what you came for now get out. I won'tstop going to RR but the perception is that they are doing so much right and then you get to the end of a great guest experienceand they FAIL. When it comes to the continued important guest experience at the ending of a visit it is way too "fast-food" likein nature. This is so contrast in the brand image I think RR wants to convey. Our visit to this Red Robin exceeded my expectations. It was a bit busy when we arrived, so our food was delayed in coming out... and the Bottomless Steak Fries were so-so. However, our amazing server Ami saved the day. She made sure our subsequent orders offries were the hot, crisp fries I'm used to. She is a wonderfully attentive server, and absolutely an asset to the RR team.Thanks to her, we'll be driving up there again for more food. Excellent place for burgers and sandwiches. Menu is full of different varieties of burgers. Chicken teriyaki burger was... amazingly delicious. The vegetarian burger was also delicious. Do try their garlic fries, I am in love with their garlic fries,home steak fries are also good. One thing which are noticed about this place while we were eating here was, the staff is up tothe mark. Not seen very often that when the place is not filled with people their staff keeps busy in cleaning tables stackingup supplies, also picking trash from the floor while doing regular chores. Kudos to the employees of Red Robin Pickerington. Isaw the girls going table to table to find out if everything is clean and hygiene. Impressive! Clean place always attracts meand tempts to go back.
