I'm so tired of ordering and paying for extra cheese and even triple cheese once just to get enough cheese. And they NEVER put... extra cheese on it. I shouldn't have to pay for extra if when I open the box it just has light cheese. I love their pizza butI'm done with them. Read more
We love the sauce and the price is pretty decent but the quality is SO inconsistent. Tonight we got a pizza and it appeared... burnt and the crust was hard, they remade it and I thought it'd be better because it came right out the oven, but it was just asbad when I got home. Didn't have time for another alternative, also Thursday is pizza night for the kiddos. They just ate thecheese on the top. Had two full sheets two weeks ago for our child's birthday and that was ok. It wasn't cut though ???????????.I want to support this franchise, but it is difficult not knowing what quality you're going to get when you order. Worth it to go inside if you do carry out! Gluten free pizza is good and has never caused me to have a reaction unlike several... other chains GF pizza. Proceed with caution, of course, but I reccomend Romeos! Read more
Really enjoyable pizza. Sweet tomato sauce, similar to Papa John's but even better. Minus one star because there doesn't seem to... be a happy medium between regular bake and well done. As you can see, regular pizza supreme on the right and well done cheesewith mushroom has a lot of burn. ??????? highly recommend cheese with mushroom and butter garlic dipping sauce for the crusts. This review is an " on the fence " opinion. The quality of the pizza was fine and so was the take service. Although, if you... are not a fan of sweet sauce then this isn't the pie for you. The crust is worthy for a thick airy type. Its just not my kind ofpizza that I enjoy to have. So yes it's ok, but be ready for a sugar pie. For the third time in a row our call in order for pick up was inaccurate. This time we were missing a large one topping pizza.... Again zero apology given and charged the full amount over and above what was clearly discussed on the phone. In addition nocoupon was allowed to be used. So Frustrating!!!!!
