I have been coming to this location for a few months. Never had a drink that didn?t taste good. Custom orders are always made... right. I usually do mobile orders and they are usually ready to go before the promised time. Staffs are welcoming and friendlyeven when they?re slammed and extremely busy. This location is okay. The staff is very nice. But they only brew Pike Place, they never offer to do a pour over of another... coffee, like the blonde roast. I'm just disappointed every time I go in, so I'm going to another location next time. Read more

It's just a normal Starbucks. Customer service is less than stellar. I feel like the cashiers like to waste your time. Most... recently I went in there to get a breakfast sandwich and I had asked what type of breakfast sandwiches they had - then I hadasked the prices of each. The cashier went through the entire list of breakfast sandwiches, and then went through the entirelist of prices. When I was ready to place my order, and had made my decision on a sandwich, the cashier finally told me thatthey only had one of the sandwiches available. I understand that the cashier was just honestly answering my questions, butcommon sense should have told the cashier to notify me of the sandwich availability. I?ll order a coffee with no ice because my husband will pick it up on his way home and I don?t want it watered down when I get... it. I always receive it only 2/3 full. The Starbucks in Lancaster, OH never does this to me or any other Starbucks I?ve orderedfrom. This store has not been as great over the past few years. Extremely rude. I know it's 530 am and maybe you're not happy to be at work, but that's really not my problem. Do you think I... wanted to pay $10 for mediocre coffee because Tim Hortons isn't open yet? If you're that unhappy with your job, find anotherone. Really getting tired of this Starbucks. They have been progressively getting worse. This drink, a tall white chocolate mocha,... was given to me minus the espresso. I have milk at home if I just wanted warm milk. They have messed up so many times. This isthe closest to my house but I think I have given them enough chances. Would not recommend this location.
