Awful service and awful food. I got their pumpkin spice latte and they gave me the one wrong. I took it anyway and then found... out, on the way home, that it was just a normal coffee. Their phone doesn't work, so I had to drive back and ask for a newcoffee. Their receipt printer is down. I got a new coffee and it still tasted like garbage. Will NEVER be going there again. I placed an order for 20 pack assorted tim bits and they gave me ONLY chocolate. I asked for a medium iced vanilla latte and... they gave me a small plain iced coffee. Highly disappointed in the service and the workers were rude. Read more

One literally waits in a drive thru lane for 30 mins only to receive the crappiest service in Pickerington. Drive thru girl was... busier talking about her boyfriend vs working on a line that stretched into the Kroger parking lot. Avocado toast? Don't bother.It would have been somewhat tasteful if it were actually "on" toast. Read more

CLOSED! THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED for indoor eating. It is December of 2021 and the lobby is STILL CLOSED! You can only get food... or beverages through the drive thru, which they share with a Wendy's. The line is always long and moves slowly. If you have thetime you can creep through the drive thru only to find your hot coffee is now cold and you food order is wrong. But you can't goinside to get it corrected, you will have to get in the back of the line and start the process again. Best to go to theMcDonald's 30 yards away. This may honestly be the most poorly managed Tim?s in existence. Not only will you wait in line all day, there?s a 70% chance... they?ll not have whatever you want to order. How does a coffee shop run out of coffee? How is that possible. If you?re luckyenough to get whatever item you ordered, if it?s anything outside of a drink there?s a 70% it will be cold or just taste bad.Take my advice. This place is a joke!!! Even though this location is closer to me, I will not go again!!! The drive thru line was long and... it took forever to even place my order! I ordered an ice coffee and when I got to the p/u window they handed me 2! I said Ionly ordered 1 and the response was ? well we cant take it back due to covid?. Thats fine but I did not order 2! The responsewas ?We cant take it back?. Then issue me a refund! Ordered 2 bagels double toasted with ham received no ham and barelytoasted! Ordered a large ice cap received a small! Always a massive long line but the food is always good. And my order is consistently accurate (unlike the East Main St... location)! Also, the drive thru menu is very difficult to read in some areas because of poor maintenance. The sign age is sodirty and needs tended to. I have to pull up the menu on my iPhone. Even when the drive thru line is short, plan on spending atleast 15 minutes waiting until you even place your order. It?s ridiculous! Poor management at this location. Read more
