Very refreshing to finally present to a entity with superb customer service and professional employees. We came to pick up... granddaughter nuggets and after leaving the speaker, she saw the BOO Ice Cream guy on the window. So I asked if I needed to goback around and pay for a frosty but the amazing manager/employee asked if it was for the baby and provided the frosty for FREE.How nice!!!!!! I stopped and got 2 strawberry frostys that I love. But the lids on these had some kind of dirt around the rim of the lid. I... didn't take back because I was too tired. Won't be visiting Pickerington Wendy's again unless iam desperate. Read more
This Wendy?s is terrible. I placed an order on DoorDash for Wendy?s. I did not know what location my DoorDash was going to until... it appear on the map. I placed my order for a Spicy Asiago Club with cheese, a small fries add ketchup packet and a smallsprite. When I received my order, I did not receive my sandwich right, the fries were cold and hard, and I did not receive mysmall sprite. When I call up to the Wendy?s location, the rep told me it?s DoorDash fault and I should take it up with them. Isaid that still doesn?t excuse the incorrect order your establishment provided. The Wendy?s rep did not care, and told me totake it up with DoorDash. What does DoorDash have to do with it, if Wendy?s made my order? I?m never eating at this place!Unprofessional !!! Read more
This was my first time at this location and it was super busy on the Wendy's side than the Tim Hortons side. That's said, they... don't share the same drive through etc as some others due. Very congested. Food was good but, definitely something needs doneabout that set up Read more
Always properly salting their fries, so no problems there. Personally I don't eat the burgers from anywhere, my son loves their... chicken nuggets and I get the kids meal, I do wish they were like McDonald's in the sense of just adding an option of a kidsmeal with a higher nugget count than 4, but I definitely trust their nuggets more than McDonald's based on taste and overalllook. Customer service could use work as I felt the order taker wasn't even paying attention to me when I was trying to speak asshe kept saying huh? and asking me to repeat things or asking the same question more than once. I do realize that sometimes it'sa technical issue, but in this case I truly do not believe it was. I also believe they don't always give it their all anddeserve higher pay because of how difficult the job is and how things are right now. We love going to the Wendy's/Tim Horton's in the Kroger & St Rt 256. The employees are friendly, attentive. Dining area is... always clean. Now let's talk food... we have always had great tasting food there. All the toppings are FRESH! The lettuce has afresh crunch when you take your 1st bite ????. Keep up the great work! Read more
I just got the apple chicken salad and I am struggling to find a good piece of lettuce in the entire Bowl that's not brown or... not a center stem... for $7 I could have went in and got a fresh salad off the Kroger salad bar but I always like Wendy's salads.. however this is disappointing and just bad customer service. This salad should have never left the store in this condition.It's not showing the photos that I upload so I do have some if anyone's curious. Read more
