THIS IS THE BEST WENDYS (Tussing and 256) IN COLUMBUS AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!!!! The fries are always hot and the salt isn't... too much! Burgers and toppings fresh! I ask for diet soda and actually get diet soda. The chicken nuggets are insane!! Crispy,hot, never soggy! They must actually change their grease more than once a week lol! And the speed in which I receive my order isalways fast!!! Great job whoever manages this Wendy's! Great job employees!!! Read more
We ended up here because the Arby's Dining Room wasn't open. We're glad we did! The food was good. The dining room was... spacious and constantly being cleaned. The employees were very nice and cordial. The Biggie Bags are always a great deal. Read more

stopped 7/21/2022 at approx 8am ordered a sausage/egg biscuit pulled up to window paid. girl walked away from the window around... the corner out of view came back three/four minutes later with nothing in her hand picked up a bag that had been setting on thecounter and handed it to me i asked has that bag been there all along she said yep that will be my last stop there! horriblearrogant service NO STARS Mark Wilfong Read more
Quick service, staff were very friendly, and the lobby was very clean.
This location has improved substantially in the last month! They have to be under new management. Everyone who works here is... super friendly, fast, efficient and smart! My son always orders cheese sauce for his fries and it comes clear full in this tinyblack cup that ALWAYS spills. Today, the cup was inside a junior frosty cup which makes it sooooo much easier to dip the friesand not spill the sauce! Its the little things that make a huge difference. :) Read more
Stopped by today with the last $5 I had to get my kids an "on the go lunch". Truly had HOT fries, HOT burgers, and the BEST... spicy chicken go-wrap I've ever ordered. I live close to this location and come often. They are usually fairly busy when i go, but still do a decent job of being quick... and the food is usually fresh and good. Not perfect but they give better service on average then most locations in the area. Read more
