July 7th 2021 - Man, I have been going to Casa Garcia since it opened when it was located in the Target center. I'm sorry to say... that the quality of the food has come down and the price of the food has gone up. I wonder if any of the original family membersstill ever go in anymore. I paid almost $40 for 2 Super Nachos (not so Super) and a half order of of regular nachos. I've been along time customer (and last time) and I hate to say this but not even close to being worth it. Food taste and amount is justokay. The meat, both carne asada and shredded beef needs more flavor. I'm just disappointed and sad because they have beenaround for so long. It just seems like they don't care like the OG's did. October 1st 2022 - I want everyone to guess what Iordered by looking at the photos and it?s not nachos. I ordered their chillaquiles plate and didn't eat it at all. It was nasty! Payed $10 for it and then realized that they don't... even serve eggs with it. Also got a shredded beef taco for $4 and it was very salty. It's the second time I try this place. Bothtimes have been disappointing specially paying that much. Not worth it! I have been coming here for over twenty years. Outstanding quality. The chile verde nachos are whre it's at. The taste is... fantastic. If you're just one person, get the half order because there's so much food it's near impossible to finish a fullorder of the nachos. Can't wait to try more things on their menu, I've just always been so happy with the nachos, I've neverventured far from them. Casa Garcia has been a staple in my family.
