So the app said it was ready and let them know I was heading in. I went in and the person behind the counter said my order is... not ready and it has something to do with the internet. It has been 30 something minutes and he said he said it will take 35-40min. He said they are backed up. I will have to wait another 10 min. I?m disappointed in them. Ordered handmade pan pizza today, I found a coupon on Dominos website for $3 off a medium pizza. When I went to pick it up I... was given a different a different pizza that said hand tossed. I took it home to eat it; it was the driest, cold pizza we everhad. It was tasteless too. I called them up to explain it to them. I ask to speak to a Manager, the guy left me on hold to gospeak to his Manager, a woman. I could hear her telling him what to say to me, nevertheless I was given a free Handmade panpizza. I walked it with the box of pizza I had to return. I gave the kid my name & the Latina woman manager began yelling at mein front of 4 other customers. She yelled, ?I didn?t screw up, you did!? While trying to explain how I ordered online. She blewup at me over having to make me another pizza for free. It was a complete show of unproffessionalism & anger. I replied, ? PIZZA WAS READY SUPER FAST AND FRIENDLY STAFF... GREAT PLACE TO GRAB A QUICK BITE FOR A GREAT PRICE...
They offer "curbside delivery" so I placed an order online. When I arrived, I checked in online and via text message, followed... the instructions and parked in front of the store with my hazard lights on. Waited and waited and nobody ever came out. I gavethem time assuming they may be busy but eventually went inside to pick up my order. The employee said they "didn't dispatch" myorder or something like that but that is had been ready just sitting there. Didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenienceof wasting my times and not getting freshly made pizza. Read more
