After a bike ride to McDonald?s one evening my husband and I decided to go in and have a milkshake I wanted to use the restroom... and freshen up before sitting at the table strangely a man came in and opened the women?s restroom door stood and stared at meand said to me no shower bombs I questioned and said what are shower moms he did not answer however he did stay in the door andsay then asked him to get out of the women?s restroom he would not go ask him again and again and again finally he did leavewhen I was done washing up and putting my hair back I went out to the front ask for the manager and explain to her exactly whathappened turned out she was the woman that had been in the restroom right before me and when I asked her her name and theemployee who stood at the door?s name she refused so did her employee so I was never given the names of these employees then Ido have her on recording as calling my husband and I crackheads or something like that but she is on video saying all that soall the we are not crackheads or any other tour sort of heads or anything, It said that McDonald?s has management to show for inthis disgusting way and training teenagers to be the same way I did try complaining but never did get a response from McDonald?swhatsoever Read more
Tell me whyyyyy whenever I use my rewards on my McDonald?s app to receive my FREE happy meal at this location they charge me for... the drink !! And every other location I?ve been to and used my rewards points it?s completely FREEE!!! Why do they do this ?Charge me for the milkshake with the happy meal !?!? I always go to this mcdonald's and I'm disappointed for the simplest mistakes. I didn't receive my fries on the happy meal,... there was no buns on my big Mac, and instead of getting my nuggets on buy one get one for 0.29¢ they gave me two doublecheeseburger. I go early to get my family coffee, i do not get anything to eat nor drink for myself. I go early enough so there are very few... cars and customers. This place constantly make mistakes, the person that usually gets my order right went to another fast foodchain. One time they gave me a bag of full of sugar and the receipt says splenda, my family members are diabetic. They are tightwith stirrers, only giving one when i have multiple cups. This time I?m complaining because they gave me the wrong order, itwas so dark out that i didn?t realize it until I reached my residence.
