Not crazy bout the service of most Panera branches I've been to in the surrounding cities, guess either to do the patchy quality... of new hires or the inherent challenges of this labor-intensive business; however, this one so far I have got great attentionfrom the management and staff, despite this establishment being located in a humble and working-class neighborhood; especiallythe team leader gal and guy who watch out for great details and offer alertness to the rush hour crowd around the food counter,I have to give a thumbs-up to their calming effect to the hunger/thirst rush and zombie-like caffeine craving customers :) Read more
Very dirty, whom ever the manager is, definitely not doing a good job of properly training. This is a restaurant you'd think... there would be cleaning standards in place. I paid for my food and proceeded to throw it in the thrash as soon as I saw thekitchen area, I'm sure with a mess like this no one in this place washes their hands prior to food handling. Worst Panera location I have been to. Service is slow . Food comes out in what seems NOT through their ?quality check?. Every... single time I?ve tried ordering at this specific location, there?s always something wrong with the order. Even when I ordercurbside I have to go inside and get the food because they say sorry they forgot or no one knows why it didn?t go out .Definitely my last time here. Read more
Staff aren?t inviting as you walk in. They seemed busy and attention was not on customers. Time of coming there were 3 other... people in the location and not one worker said hello, enjoy your meal. Order was taken wrong, it was packed Togo when it was fordine in, and tables were dirty. Read more
Cashier was amiable and very patient. Place is enormous and clean. Looking forward my grand return.
It took time to order. Only one cashier and the kiosk was not really sensing the touch. The food are pricey. But, the food was... good and filling. Read more
Not what I expected. Food was the same but the atmosphere in the patio area needs work. Hope they get to it.
