Last time I come to this Habit. Jameka or Demeka had a bad attitude. Never smiled and gave other customers attitude when they... would ask for condiments. Slamming sauces on the counter top. While taking our order, she?d walk away mid order, come back andask what it was that we wanted. If you don?t like your job, QUIT! Don?t work in customer service. Work in a basement where youdon?t deal with customers and where you can be bitter. I wasn?t going to mention the roach I saw in the kitchen. Demeka orjameka laughing about it and having the cook step on it, but her attitude was that bad. Angela Cerpa I?m requesting for you toget rid of her. Habit Burger is a chain and there are a few in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. This one, like everyone I have been to, is... great. This is not some cheap hamburger. They are so good. They are juicy and made perfectly every time. They have greatchicken sandwiches and boy, their onion rings are super. They also have shacks and any drink you may want. The place is alwaysclean. The service is very nice, give them a minute, they are making your burger for you. This is not Jack in the Box. We havenever been disappointed here and I think you will love it. We have never tried their plant based burger so I have no idea if itis any good. If you want a great burger at a fair price this is the place for you. Read more

We ordered online but unfortunately when ww got home we where missing some items . Good Thing we don?t live too far so i went... back with my son. We approached Jose with our problem and he was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right!Thank you Jose for the wonderful experience with customer service. I love the Habit Burger because of their tempura green beans, sweet potato fries & veggie burger options. Their chicken sandwich... on ciabatta w/ teriyaki is a must try. They have a really good menu that includes charbroiled burgers & salads. Something foreveryone & whatever you?re craving! Read more
Terrible experience the last two times I've gone. Was my favorite, I've reconsidered now and think I'll give up the bad habit... for some In & out. My burgers were badly burned the last two times, just unacceptable. Read more
This location has the rudest staff. I had stopped going but tried it again. Pretty order my food got there and the young kid at... the counter just looks at me and says if you are picking up your order will be at shelf and just turned around.
