Wish I didn't have to write this review about a new business, but if you work hard and value the money you make stay as FAR away... from this business as possible!!! SCAM ! SCAM! SCAM! I purchased 3 kids meals (that state in the photo I provided ) includeschips and juice. I was told by people that represent the Barburrito brand that they are extra and to give $1 per juice box. Thenwhen I said I would contact head office they magically became good Samaritans and "gave" me the juice boxes. In the end I nevergot the chips that were expected to come with my order, but by this point I wanted to leave this shameful location. I willNEVER support a business that tries to scam paying customers, and in keeping with that I will NEVER step foot in this businessever again. Read more

Update: 2 Months Later (Original Review below) Two months on I find that I am starting to lose patience with this location. My... determination of good/bad is based on comparisons to other BarBurrito locations (eg. Napanee) Online orders are rarely correct,often not following instructions or missing up-charged items (guacamole). Sometimes an entire item is missing. When this issueis brought up to BarBurrito the matter is often ignored. This location over sauces their food way too much, turning most itemsinto soup! Forget ordering sauce online, and in person you really got micro-manage the employee. Burritos contain WAY less ricethan other locations, which may be a good thing to some, but combined with this location's over saucing issue, it creates forsome watery burritos. They also don't replace the missing rice with anything else, leading to some very diminutive burritoscompared to other locations. I expected hiccups with any new restaurant, but this location has been going for 2 months now andthe consistency one expects from a franchise is just not there. I don't know if I got another order in me for this location. Maybe the summer tourist traffic will help this location up its game. --------------------------------------------------- OldReview: So glad Picton FINALLY has a vegan option for food other than the grocery store! I went here on opening day and ordereda bean and rice burrito. Most places struggle on opening day but I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth things went for myorder. As far as taste/quality goes, the ingredients were fresh and it tasted just like any other BarBurrito burrito. This isto be expected from a franchise and your opinion on the burrito will be the same as your opinion on Bar Burrito burritos on thewhole. This place will become a staple for me when I am not up to cooking given how much Picton?a other franchises/restaurantsrefuse to offer any decent vegan options. I hope it succeeds! Read more

Dear mangment, You hired an amazing team that gets customer service right. I have been stopping by regularly over the last... couple of weeks and every time I was greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff, they showed great attention to detail andmade my food exactly the way I wanted it. (even though the food is standard through most bar burritos) I actually found thisparticular establishment to be quite good and the food was very fresh. Please pass on my thanks to the team. Decent food, but I had a frustrating experience last night. I ordered well ahead of time on the app. When I got there, there... was a huge lineup and they didn't seem to be working very hard to get throught backup. I didn't see my order anywhere so Iwaited in line. When I finally got to the counter, I saw two bags on the back counter and mentioned that one of them wasprobably mine. I was correct. A: they told me I should have just walked up and informed them I was there. Which would have meantawkwardly stepping past the aforementioned long line. B: the staff thought this was funny! I could see most of them smirkingabout it. Overall disappointing. Read more
