Very poor customer service! Mainly an older lady in particular, who is notorious for having a really bad attitude, and doesn't... seem to understand the concept of coupons. Not the best way to keep customers, or maintain a proper business. My family and Iwill be making the trip out to Trenton for our next KFC purchase, as Picton's is on a steady ride downhill!! Well, this location is back to its old tricks of short-filling salads again. So this was not a staff problem after all ... It is... a management decision and it's totally unacceptable. Worse, the 10 piece bucket contained tiny, dried out, cold pieces ofchicken that have obviously been sitting for most of the day if not overnight. Unfortunately the Picton KFC is now producinginedible food. We do not wish to return. We had already given them a second chance after the last instance of them short fillingthe salads and putting too many tiny pieces of chicken in a bucket. Guess they will try to do whatever they can get away with... But it won't be with us. Read more
Sat here and stood for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I had one employee stare at me the entire time, and... then the other walk completely pass me and go to the bathrooms. I never EVER enjoy my time coming in here when I do. Read more
The old lady at the counter she was super rude by greeting us with a frown and a YES? she asked us if we wanted to have the... order to go and we said no dine in we were a family of 9 she said "DAMN" I said excuse me ? She said I just cleaned I dont wantto clean again...we said its ok we will not make your tables dirty when the second old lady inside said we are out of dark meatyou need to wait 20 minutes We are from an arabic back ground and we never felt this disrespected and unwelcomed ! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!, the old cashier is a very rude person And RACIST! just like her work team, she does not know how to... treat the client and the worst thing is that we were tourists! child abuse, I do not recommend it, they should have a qualifiedteam for customer service . I really enjoyed KFC but lately anything local to me is garbage. We decided to try Picton KFC and I'll be back again well worth... the drive. Food was what I remember and was delicious. Not sure why the comments on staff they treat us very well. Read more

Like the majority of Canadians over the years KFC was the go to fried chicken place, however after the last 3 visits, for us it... will not be anymore. Recently we purchased just under $100.00 worth of chicken only to get home and be disgusted by thepresentation. The pieces of chicken were so small that the buckets were only half full. We actually counted to ensure we hadreceived the right amount and were stunned to realised it was correct. We found several small bones - choking hazards -throughout our chicken where pieces like thighs had been cut in half so they can be counted as two pieces. This is a ridiculousdecision that has obviously been made as a money maker for KFC and a rip off to the customer -- shame on you. At least theservice was fast and friendly hence the one star.
