I wish I had more pics of all the food here. My wife got a chicken salad and I got the burger. I think it said smash burger on... the menu, but I don't think it was smashed that well. It was still tasty but it didn't have that nice crispy crust you get whenyou smash it down. The chicken salad she had was nice. There are a lot of artisanal goods here, and I felt it was too early,especially a long drive ahead to grab a beer here. But it is a very large space, I can see in the summer being very communal andjust a big party like spot. Very large, beautiful property, lots of activities for kids and adults alike, small selection ofseasonal items food wise, and a plethora of beverages. We had some Argentinian cookies, and those were amazing, very differentfrom what you expect from the traditional cookie. Solid spot to check out when we are back! Read more

We had a wonderful and delightful experience at Parsons. The beer is great, but their food is amazing! The empanadas, tostadas,... and asado were so incredibly tasty, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. You can tell every detail has been thought of, from themenu (vegan/vegetarian options available) to the beer, to the small play area for kids. Everyone can enjoy! They also have avery nice gift shop. Enjoyed our time at Parsons this past weekend. The service was top notch, beer selection was great, and the food was absolutely... delicious. The guac and chips was so flavourful and my partner really enjoyed the burger. They even had fires and blankets incase you were cold. Highly recommend this place! P.S. their patio is dog-friendly! Was afraid of this place after reading some negative reviews. But have to say despite the middle/high price point compared to a... fast food restaurant was pleasantly surprised. Had the fried chicken with a flight of dark beers. Our server was fantastic. Thefood and service was speedy despite only having one server on. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the aioli was spot on. Onlycomplaint is the fried chicken batter is a bit bland. Overall a good experience. 4 comfortable stars. 4.75 if I could give it.The batter the only thing keeping me from going full 5 star perfection. Incredible brewery! The property is beautiful and the beers and food are really good! Our server Rob was very friendly and... informative. We had 4 flights and tried different draft beers.
