3 time I?ve got donuts asked for no plain and still get plain donuts ??????? I don?t understand it?s like a sick joke now
Possibly the dirtiest washrooms I've ever seen in a Tim Hortons. Service was good, bagel and coffee were as expected.
A bit too much injustice at this location, could not order. I was waiting in line behind this person with a big order, no... biggie, one dude ahead of me after that. But as im waiting in line.... a person walked in and got 3 coffees to go without theline i was waiting in, then a dude entered the line behind me and one of the horton peoples served him. Dang. Been going to this Tim's basically my whole life. Used to think highly of it until a few summers ago. Going in with a few... friends (who are not white) meant we either were treated very poorly and disrespectfuly or were outright denied service. Anexample of this is me going in with my best friend. They had just served a customer when we began placing our orders and themanager leaned over the glass and told us they were closed. As we were leaving, the man behind us just walked to the counter andbegan ordering, the manager nowhere to be found. Unfortunately like a lot of picton businesses, this place suffers from havingracist staff. In fact had a nearly identical experience at Prince Edward Pizza. If you don't feel like being discriminatedagainst, would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your coffee and donuts. Read more
Fast and friendly service. Only reason didn't receive 5 stars was one of the items ordered was incorrect.
Food and coffee are always great.. they need staff...! Maybe off benefits and a higher wage.
I had a big and long piece of hair in my coffee. I?m here today and I see no one wearing hair nets. Disgusting
It's refreshing to go to a Tim Hortons where the donuts are made by an adult with a reasonable amount of sugar on top, and not... made by children like at most of the Tim Hortons... Read more
