Gorgeous location and impeccable personable service. We came here for the $55 prix-fixe brunch and it was incredible. Every... course and cooked and plated with care and I loved that everything on the plate was grown locally on the Waupoos estate. Read more

We visited this winery three years ago (pre-Covid times) and loved it so much then that we returned this week when we were in... the area and we’re pleasantly surprised with the new additions! The main building/store continues to be great with itsexcellent wine choices, store items and ice cream/chocolate venue. Outdoors is now also set up as a tasting spot where peoplewere having a great time. Further down by the lake is now the greatest food truck with fun wine-based drinks and the greatestview of the water on a shaded patio. We had the smash burger which was one of the best I’ve ever had!! (I’m seriouslythinking of driving five hours to go back to get another!!). The sangria was a great choice to pair with this. What a great wayto spend an afternoon!! Read more

Setting is lovely. We asked for tastings and got charged for glasses of wine, so best be more clear with what you want. The... house blend was the nicer of the reds. Read more

Brought a group of friends here for brunch on a Saturday and we were all so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The... furniture/decor has been updated inside and out vs. most of the pictures here—now there’s more of a Cape Cod vibe happeningwith that peaceful (and rare) waterfront view. And the food was amazing! The fixed price menu had plenty of great choices, theadditional shared dishes were a nice touch, and dessert was delicious. Definitely worth the price. All this and a menu ofmimosas to boot—we’ll definitely be back! Read more

One of the few wineries that had a restaurant, bottle shop, space for events and a wine tasting area. When I came here, the... restaurant was closed for a private event (I was guessing that this was a wedding which also took up the space in front of thelake which was super scenic!), so we just came here for wine tasting and a charcuterie platter. I gave this place 5 stars notbecause the wines are superb, out of this world but because this place is a really nice to hang out, chill, relax and have aglass of wine with a bunch of friends. You can sit really near the grapevines or even go up close to the grapes to take a look.I reckon these are probably not all the grapevines they have in order to produce the wines but it's a really pleasantplace. Price here is pretty reasonable as well and you can choose from their menu what you would like to taste. One thinghowever, is that it's more a sampler rather than a tasting because you are not given a bucket to spit after tasting the wines.Spitting could also pose a problem given this is a pandemic period and sharing the bucket to spit isn't the best things to do,and also a logistic nightmare should they need to wash them if every sampler set had a bucket. I would love to have a chance tocome back here for a meal looking at so many positive reviews about the food but then again, it's really off the way so unless Iam coming back here for another wine experience, otherwise that might have been my last trip here. We were the second table to arrive at Waupoos Estates today for lunch and by the time we left, it was beginning to fill up. We... loved everything about this place! Chef Scott and GM, Damian were lovely and amazing hosts. The price fix lunch menu was wellworth every dollar. That homemade sourdough pita bread and the very special butter was a lovely starter. Loved the fired roastedSwiss chard salad with lemon gribiche, Fifth Town Parmesan and perch roe. To die for!!! This perch was so very very fresh andwas caught within a km from where Chef Scott’s team cooked it! I don’t like lake fish but as of TODAY...I love perch! ChefScott gave me some tips on how to “liven up" the flavour and firm up the texture of a fresh piece of lake fish. The seasonalestate grown squash, goat cheese and pickled red onion soup was so tasty. Not a drop left in all three beautiful shallow potterybowls. Their rendition of apple pie but made with puff pastry, roasted apples, crême fraiche and my favourite part, freshlypicked lavender buds and tiny chiffonade of sage! The flower and herb were HUGE game changers for me. Dessert went so well withDamian’s perfect Americano. Lovely and delicious pairing: GEWÜRZTRAMINER SKIN CONTACT 2020 Amazing aromas of lycheedominate the profile. Notes of grapefruit rind, rose water, honied cantaloupe and hints of spice complete the profile. Thearomas carry to the palate – refined and not overwhelming with a zesty finish. We enjoyed every single course. If you’vebeen to Waupoos, you know how that dining room echos. Well, my moans from all of the deliciousness consumed could be heardthroughout I’m sure! I can’t pick a favourite course as they were all equally amazing! This place has it all. Beautifulview of the lake and vineyard too. Will we be back soon? HARD YES!!! Read more

Thank you for accommodating a 3 year old full of energy within this high end dinner experience. Adults enjoyed the food and... views while trying to supervise the 3 year old running around the Vinyard, and visiting all the farm animals a couple oftimes The food was impressive, the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Only criticism is the duck for the main meal being abit too salty, but otherwise amazing. Read more
