This service was horrible, girl on the intercom wasn't listing to a word I said and got my drinks wrong. Get upto the window and... guy serving me wouldn't say a word to me. I handed him my coupon and he rolled his eyes and put in the new price. After that Isaid thank you and he gave me a dirty look and just walked back into the kitchen area. Once I got home I realized my son's foodwasn't in the bag either. By far the worst and most inexcusable service I have ever had. I live locally and I'd rather drive 30mins to Belleville then go back to that waste of my time and money. 1 star wasn't low enough of a score for this place. Read more
I'm not sure if this is all Wendy's or just this one but Dave's Single was on sale for $4. I ordered a combo and it was $11 so I... asked them if the sale was on and they said yes if you buy the burger but not if you get the combo. What kind of businesscharges more for an item when it's combined with other items then you do for that single item by itself? I'd be interested toknow how many sales they've lost by people canceling the combo like I did and just getting the burger! Read more
