Delicious pizza, big slices! Friendly staff. Our only complaint was getting out of there on an awkward corner.
I?ve lived in Nova Scotia ten years now and had never tried a donair. I do not have an adventurous palate. A friend arrived from... the US and my hubs spent the day driving us around Pictou County trying different Maritime foods and sampling several beaches.I?m 62 and have never ever tasted anything as delicious as the Acropole Donair. Very disappointed. Placed and order for delivery and after waiting over an hour I called to check on the status of the order,... and found that they had it down for pick up, and then no it was going out soon to be delivered, to no the guy just left,( thiswas all in the course of a 2 min call) When the food arrived it was cold, no real surprise there. I will not be dealing withthem again. Strong recommend avoiding ordering from here. This is sadly not the first time I had this issue here. Should havenone better. Read more

A good friend of mine, and a local Pictou boy to be noted said you will never have a pizza as good as a Pictou county pizza.... Well he is so correct. What a flavour and that brown sauce!!! I?ll be back! Read more
Very disappointed the pizza was soggy Cheese was more like cream cheese I added one topping of hamburger that was 4.75 and they... put a few tiny specks of hamburger on it talk about being cheap . I've had pizza in n.b.other provinces and this was not a goodpizza even tho We are limited here in pictou As much as I dont like sobeys I'll waste My money on a premade pizza there atleastit tastes like pizza. Food and service is usually good. Sometimes there?s the one off bad experience but getting Acropole in pictou is always worth it... in the end. The delivery people are always friendly even when super busy and food/delivery arrives in a good time! Read more
They might have good pizza but the burger are terrible. Terrible burgers, very unhappy with this place. Burgers are very small,... dry, overcooked and over priced. They are so small it wouldn?t have even filled one of my kids plus I had specific instructionsto not give me a bun because im allergic to gluten but of course it came with a bun. Very disappointing all around. Never again Read more
