The place was dirty. We only wanted to eat but were made to pay a cover fee for the band they had for the night. "HUSH" is their... name. We told the guy at the door( the drummer I think) that we would be gone before his band went on stage. He still charged up$10. on the patio. Waited 10 minutes to get someones attention while the wait staff were sitting at a table hanging out. Thewaitress tried to clear some food scraps off of the table we were sitting at by flicking it with the stack of menus she held inher hand. All those menus and the 4 of us had to share 1. The food was good bar food. What you'd expect from a bar. Whenleaving, the band "HUSH" still hadn't gone on. The 4 of us mentioned to the drummer that we hadn't seen them play. So we decided to go early enough to be able to eat and get to the music during Lobster Carnival but this was the wrong place to... go to eat. We sat and waited about 10 min before a sweet young girl came and took our drink/food order. Then about 10 minslater came back to say there was no fries left or fish!!!! So we then went with mozzarella sticks and onion rings, sorry noneof those either! Not to mention there was only a carnival menu to choose from and they HAD NO FOOD. First time in this bar. The inside is nicely decorated, staff was friendly. Had chicken wings and nachos. Both were delicious.... Windows were painted for valentines. The gentleman doing their signs is amazing. All free hand. He is talented. We will return. Read more
My husband and I took our sons here a few weeks ago. We ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, and two orders of fish and chips. The... fish and chips were delicious. The fish was great, fresh tasting, and overall enjoyable! The fries, although a very skimpyportion, were also good. The wrap was up to par. The food was overall wonderful. My only complaints were the lack of climatisedair. It was at least 30 degrees in the dining room, which made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. Also, the table we sat at, feltlike it was falling apart. The waitresses would look a lot more put together if THEY were wearing matching shirts. They are theface of your establishment, after all. Read more
Aside from awefull service and being unable to get a drink when the bar is busy you could always count on good food... till now.... I usually get nachos and am hardly ever the least bit unsatisfied, then i receved a cremated half order with no toppings playedoff as a full order. Apparently theyre unexperienced kitchen staff has to much trouble making 2 layers of cheese so now you getone layer with a few handfulls of burnt chips underneath! Received a rediculious $1.40 discount off a $14 order of nachos. Willnever eat there again Read more
