I've had some poor experiences with drive-throughs before, it happens at fast food restraunts, but this location takes the cake.... The other day I drove through and ordered a meal. I got parked, waited close to ten minutes for my food and drove away. Iparked, realized I got someone else's order entirely and went back. Went inside, waited my turn and then waited for the correctmeal. Left with it... Only to find out I got a McDouble instead of a double quarter pounder. I had about half an hour investedat this point so I just left. Also I'm noticing that I'm hardly getting receipts anymore... No receipt, no way to report yourpoor experience to head office. I just came through and asked for a large fries... They tried to charge me for a medium fries.I corrected them and they charged me for the correct item... Drove through, collected my food... First off, I waited at the Register for like 5 minutes before someone came over, and there were like 1 or 2 people, who have a... clear view of me waiting to order, but they ignored me instead. The lady who took my order was nice though. Now here I amstanding waiting to get my order, when more people come in and wait long to get their order too, But me, who ordered before allthese people came in, finally got all of what I ordered like 5 minutes after every body who got their orders before me left. Iam really upset they get every order through the drive through but, I have to wait for like 20 to 30 minutes to geteverything. My food was cold by the time I got everything. I am very upset and hope they improve their serving skills in thefuture. Drive through people aren't the only people who are ordering, please get you act togtlether, but until then you are theworst McDonald's I've ever went to Read more
Basic McDonald?s experience, not bad wait times for being open a week. Main complaint is the pop given to us was overflowing... before the worker passed it out the window, they passed it to us anyway even though it was already spilling everywhere in thewindow. we tried to dry it off during the trade off, couldn?t, and then got it all over the car and ourselves. The lady whopassed it to us then shoved our food out to us without saying anything at all or letting us get situated. Not great costumerservice today, not a single comment about how we just had pop dumped on us, or basic apology. Fries were also very bland. Goingto try going inside next time, hopefully with more time this place will be a great little spot! Read more
The staff there was amazing; the shift manager when we came through was so kind and the service was quick.
