I have been a customer of Simple simon?s for at least 22 years. All the way back when it was at different location. So The past... few months have been a huge disappointment. From it not being open when the store hours says that it is, to being snapped at forasking for something to be done a certain way. Yesterday my husband stopped by and was going to order, he saw no one was in lineat the window and was just going to order at the window, he wasn?t allowed, even though there was no one anywhere near thatwindow, today I called in the order, and asked for the Buffalo chicken to made mild, just to be told that they could controlthat. Well I have gotten this pizza and it was perfect then I have gotten this pizza and it was way too spicy, so I figured itcould be controlled, I asked politely , said please and she was snappy about it. I ordered a large Buffalo chicken and a mediumsupreme. I get home and they had put zero Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo pizza and the cheese topping was burned on my supreme. SoI am done. Between the bad management of store hours , to being snapped at , and then the order being done wrong. I am done, 22years , but they are not the pleasant experience it once was , I am done. Great pizza, great bread sticks, great dessert selection. You technically aren't allowed to order at the window which is stupid... in my opinion, im already here so what is the difference and wouldn't it be more difficult for me to call you and order when I'mright here and can tell you face to face my order, especially when there's no one waiting behind me. Busy location but well worth the wait. They do offer delivery during select hours. The pizza is always great and the staff are... friendly. I am always happy to order with these folks. Just remember things do get busy so it might take a bit for your order toarrive. Highly recommend. Read more
Pizza was delicious. Choices in crust; from thin to pan. First time visit and to be quite honest it would have been a better... experience if we would have it delivered or picked it up at the window. The longer you stay, as you are dining, the more thingsyou notice in regards to cleaning (or lack there of). Other options on the menu included stromboli, calzone and wings. For thisvisit we had the classic, thin crust pepperoni and it was very good. Ordered water with the meal, it was self serve out of aGatorade cooler, which sat on the counter next to the soda fountain. A big spring cleaning and this place would have all itneeds. Read more
I went there with a gift card abd was told we dont take those anymore so you dont take gift cards anymore ? I want ever gi back... drove from Anniston to piedmont just to eat there then was td that out the drive thru window and the thing about ir was i didntgi through the drive thru i was at the front door while people inside the place just looked and never said anything at all theycould of atleaset asked if i needed anything else since they didnt take gift cards but nope never tried that they might of hadto do some work . This place is a god send for us here in this small town away from everywhere. Pizza is always top notch. You couldn?t get... better pizza from Mellow Mushroom or better wings from Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters. Oh and they deliver too. Read more
The food is yummy and the people are really nice. Also there was hardly any waiting! My pizza was done lickety split! I was sad... they don't have delivery right now but everything was so amazing I got over it quickly! I understand things are a little crazyright now because of the rona. There pizza is good, and there Stromboli is the bomb-digity!
