My husband left for half way home, wrong order. Went back asked Again,, for the right on order and again they had it wrong.
I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal on 9/24/2022 at about 7 pm. I was un a rush because I was trying to get my camper (35 foot) back... home. Got part of the way down the road and opened up my cheeseburger. To my surprise there was no meat on the cheeseburger????. I prayed to sweet baby Jesus that the other had a meat patty on it. I opened up cheeseburger #2 only to find that I paid$7 for two bread and cheese sandwiches with condiments. ???? Couldn't go back due to the camper situation. I hope somehamburger God will hook me up in the near future. To future customers, please check your cheeseburger to make sure there is aburger. Read more
You will always wait and your order is wright less than half the time. It's almost as bad as the Sonic. Fast food in Piedmont is... really bad don't stop! Read more
Very poor service. Waited too long for my simple order
This little town Donald's had the friendliest girl in the drive thru for 7am! Food came out fast, fresh and hot.
I ordered a McDonald's McDouble bundle as advertised for three dollars. I noticed while obtaining my meal that they charged me... sales tax of approximately 20 cents. Um so ... A long story short.. food was great and a pleasant atmosphere! Great place! Read more
Was fast and friendly we been here for a half hour with no cars behind us waiting on frys they forgot us ,first time we waited... was because they we cold so we waited again For fresh frys 4cars behind us got while we got cold ones again. now we waited ahalf hour wth mcdonalds has definitely went down the drain.arrived at 7;25 left at 7;50 with no cars behind us lol wow no more Read more
Orders are messed up at least 98% of the time. Morning breakfast hours are the worse. I ordered a suage, egg muffin, no cheese.... Got to work and only had suage on it, no egg. Stopping at McDonald's in Piedmont use to be a pleasant experience and fairlyregular. Since the orders have been wrong on numerous days and shifts, it's a dreaded experience of what will be wrong thistime! To the point of only stopping once in a while. I've listened to many other complaints similar to mine. McDonald's inPiedmont needs help before they don't have enough business to stay open. Read more
