I told... her that I would like my money refunded so I could go about the rest of my day. Sad to see that management has let this place decline so severely. It's hard for employees to provide acceptable service when... machines are constantly broken...speakers are constantly broken and you have a never ending turnover of employees. 40 minutes toget 3 drinks and fries...not acceptable. I never make bad reviews but we ordered just sat in the stall at this location for over 30 minutes without service. They served... everyone around us and did not acknowledge us. We even tried to call to see if we could check on the order and they stared usand never came over intercom to acknowledge us, so we left. Very uncalled for, and this was for no reason this type of behavior. Read more

Only been at a Sonic three times in way past, this was a pleasant surprise at the menu choices. Easy to follow the screen and... even pay and food came rather quickly. Appreciated being able to take off items from the cheeseburger with no problem and their?milkshakes? tasted just like Dairy Q! Read more
