The food was good and hot and everything tasted fresh..... it was quick and the staff was very friendly...this one KFC is ALWAYS... delicious. The chicken was tender and the biscuits were soft and fluffy and the sides were on point. Read more
This place has gone down hill. There is no quality control. I ordered a famous bowl and when I got home and opened it there was... no cheese, no corn, and the instant mashed potatoes were not properly mixed so there was clumps of powder in it. Not worth themoney. Read more
This location deserves no stars. Had 2 door dash orders earlier today, around 4:30 pm. No one was in the drive thru, no one was... in the lobby. I was the only customer there. 5 employees including the manager all stood there and just looked at me. They weredoing NOTHING, just talking. Finally one girl asked if she could help me. I said I had Door Dash orders. She told a couple ofguys who looked at a screen, but they continued to just stand and talk. No one was cooking food, all of it was ready, justneeded to be boxed up. Everyone continued to just stand around and talk. The manager decided to walk by me at the counter, shejust looked at me and continued to walk to the back. I saw her stirring something, but everyone just continued to just stand andtalk. Finally a young guy decided to start boxing up the orders. I waited at least 15 minutes while I watched all employees juststand and talk.I guess I?m from the older generation who were taught to actually work for a living. Read more
I would give this place a 0 if I could. The staff is incredibly lazy, the food is never fresh and they claim to be out of... things when they just don't feel like cooking more. My famous bowl has brown corn and old chicken. Management doesn't seem tocare. Read more
I was on a break and went to KFC because the McDonald?s line was too long. I ordered a two piece white meat with coleslaw and... diet Pepsi. I got the two piece but got mashed potatoes and gravy and half of a biscuit. I went back they gave me the coleslawand a biscuit, but they didn?t put any utensils or napkins in the bag so I had to go back again. There appear to only be 2people working. Read more
Ordered a 40 dollar family chicken tender meal. This is what I got (see photo)! Never wasting my money or time... Yes time,... because We waited over ten minutes for that BS! Didn't get a receipt, or I would have done the survey and complain. Read more
