Pizza was great, the staff were great as well, although the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the lack of driver cross training.... Multiple stations to take orders or cash someone out but neither a manager or driver assisted the only upfront worker. Read more
I needed emergency pizzas for a third grade class and they made me some BEFORE THEY OPENED! Talk about customer service!!!!!... Thank you so much for saving the day! The lobby is not open to pick up your Pizza you have to wait in drive through line in order to get it. What a joke!!!! I was in... line for 15 min because apparently if your at the window and your Pizza is not ready you're allowed to wait at the window andeven thought the 15 cars behind them their Pizza is ready. NOTE TO MANAGER... send them to a parking spot to wait and give thema time so they can get back in line or maybe take it to their car instead of holding up the line. Tried to call in a delivery. I'm 13 minutes down the road. They said they don't deliver to my address, even though I've seen... them at the neighbors multiple times. This was after waiting 20 minutes on the phone for an answer. So I drove over there andasked a lady outside why they don't deliver anymore like I was told on the phone. She said they've been delivering all night. Igo to the drive thru, because the lobby's closed. Ordered a Philly pizza and their new pepperoni overstuffed crust pizza (orwhatever that new one is called). Got to the window, asked to speak to a manager, he came and said that it was because of a newphone system. My mother was given the same excuse over a month ago. Told me to pull back around after 12 minutes, which I did.They did give me a discount for the "inconvenience". When I got home, the Philly was super dry and very tough to eat. Thepepperoni pizza was amazing though. I will not be going back to this location. We don't eat pizza often. But even we do, thisisn't the type of service I feel like dealing with. I hope y'all have better luck with them then I did. Read more
