Normally food is good here. Placed order on the app. When I got the food my wrap was drowning in sauces when I put light. Wrap... wasn't cut in half. Got a footlong meatball sub paid to have bacon didn't get bacon. Had a 6 in sub with no cheese and Irequested cheese. None of my subs were toasted like requested. We called the store and was told I didn't make your order so Idon't know what you want me to do. I understand everywhere is struggling for good help, but dang customer service stunk tonight. Made an online order and when I came to pick it up it wasn?t completed. It was no biggie because this location has always been... great!! I wanted to write this review because of the young man that served me. It was Friday night and he was slammed!!! Not tomention working by himself. I heard someone call him Jerrid.
