I placed an order online and picked it up through the drive thru. I checked my order and thought I was given the wrong item. I... went inside to ask about it, but while showing the on duty manager I realized it was my mistake while placing my order. I wasflustered and decided I needed to order what I thought I was missing. The manager did not charge me for the extra item, and Iwanted to let her know I deeply appreciated the gesture. She turned my frown upside down and because if this small act ofkindness I had a much better evening. The service at this location has always been very good. Read more

Food wasn't labeled and had to guess what was what. With a group order this made it difficult. Even after asking Staff to help... identify, they couldn't. Onions weren't listed and photo didn't show onions in a bean burrito and raw onions (allergy) were init. Read more
I remember eating a lot of food for $5 at all hours of the morning. Now I have kids and they love it too. Just cant get a lot... for $5 ..but the food has grown into a "treat" meal. Read more
Stopped by for a quick lunch today. Lots of people working behind the counter. Not busy inside the restaurant. They refused... to take our order at the counter because they said they were too busy. If we wanted something we had to order at the kiosk. Very poor customer service. We left without ordering. Read more
The food tasted good and our service was good. At this location the lobby was open but the drink station was closed. They didn't... have any condiments out so anything you needed, your had to wait in line and ask for it. Read more
Been there 3 different times and 2/3 times our food was the wrong order and cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the crunch... wrap and burritos were falling apart not to mention the employees were complaining about making it in the back also didn't weargloves. The one time our order was done correctly the managers were having a meeting in the lobby and asked if our meal wasokay. Not impressed with the other times. Sad. Read more
Let me start of my saying Sharlotte did a great job at handling being by herself and did a great job getting the food out as... quickly as she can.
