The service was excellent. My husband loves their Swiss mushroom burger.
Women's Bathroom didn't have any toilet paper. Thankful for the paper towels. Other than that, got everything we ordered!
Went thru drive thru, could clearly see inside the drive up window, it's filthy, looks like they never clean the freezers, could... see dusty fuzzy stuff on vents, it clearly needs a proper manager to get employees to clean and sanitize, looks like they used adirty mop, walls and floors are disgusting, hate to see what the rest looks like, very unsanitary. I've been here multiple times over the last few months and each time my order has been wrong in some way and the person at the... drive through can never seem to understand me even when I'm shouting my order out the window on a clear sunny day. Food isnormally ok as long as you order inside but seriously don't bother with the drive thru. Read more
I was directed to order via phone and my food would be brought to me "curbside". Little did I know, "Curbside" meant me waiting... by the drive through window until there were no cars and then being directed to walk up to the drive through WHILST someone elsewas picking up her food (bless her heart). Which was the most deliciously awkward interaction of my life so of course I madecar noises so I wouldn't embarrass myself in front of the other cars in the drive through. As for the delicious food, totallyworth it. The fries had enough salt to give me a heart condition, so I was dusting salt off the fries between bites. Thechicken sandwich tasted like hot dogs and the burger tasted like chicken. The burger was also pink throughout which I think gavemy stomach something to think about the next few days. Very dissatisfied with the "service" we received. If you're in customer service, then it is obvious that being rude or curt is... not what invites repeat business. The guy at the window clearly felt that his time was being wasted by the tone of his voice.Once we pulled up to the window, he could be heard yelling at another employee. No name badge. None on the receipt either. Wewere charged for adding bacon & did not get it on the burger. Never been to a Hardee's before & don't plan on returning. Read more
