For over 11 years my family and I are going to chateau kebab in the West Island. It is one of the best places for fresh meat and... kebab. The food is delicious and they have very good and fast service. The owner and the servers really take the time to carefor their customers and provide them with friendly and respectful service. The atmosphere is relaxing and there is easy parking.I highly recommend this restaurant. “Let the beauty around be what we do” Rumi Read more

We were a group of 18 (including two vegetarians) eating at mid afternoon (with a reservation). We shared hummus and pita to... start, then salads and the delicious mixed grill with rice and fries. There was tea to go around to finish the meal. There wasplenty of food and the staff were efficient yet unobtrusive. We felt welcomed and relaxed to stay for two hours as we chattedand reminisced. I highly recommend. Read more

The absolute best. Unbeatable quality, price, service, and food - everytime! Ive ordered numerous times for personal meals or... special 70+ guests at corporate events and they never fail to impress. The feedback I receive from anyone enjoying the food isfantastic. They have my business forever. Read more

Great service especially Othman. Food is ok. We were large group. The Filet Megnon wasn't cooked well in some dishes. Chicken... and beef were excellent for the rest ???? ???? Read more

This is an objective (deep dive) review of chateau Kabab West Island Let’s talk about food variations: Since this is an Iraqi... / Iranian / Mediterranean speciality restaurant, you will find the appetizer menu full of mixed dishes that taste very goodfrom that region. Some of which taste very close to home made dishes. I pretty much tasted all of them. In terms of the grillsmenu , it has literally Iraqi and Iranian Kebabs as well as spicy ones. Since taste is subjective , I won’t get into how muchI love it ;) Family meal variations: They have about 6 family specials. Traditional food: They have traditional dishes (dishof the day) on the menu that includes Zereshk polo , baghali polo and another that are Iranian , they also have 3 more dishessuch as Quazi that is an Iraqi style dish with a lamb shank. They also have vegetarian and Vegan dishes ;) Parking spots: Theparking is not too small nor big so it’s good to arrive early if you are looking for a Dine-in experience. Prices: Make sureto check out the right menu when you are ordering food. Online prices for take out / pickup and delivery are different thanthose for Dine-In. Also they have lunch specials menu from 11 am to 3 pm which is good for many who are working or on the run.Just check their website for the right menu. Service: If you are looking for a top notch service like 5 star hotel. You canmaybe call in a head of time to request such service however service is a subjective matter where some people are highmaintenance and other are low maintenance. During rush/ busy times, the service can slow down than usual times. Staff will betrying their best to get the delicious food to your table while the chief is preparing these home made style meals. Also servicedepends on priority so if you arrive at a time when there are 10 people in-front of you then you will have to wait until yourfood is ready. Special requests: I am amazed how the owner is flexible to honor special requests. I did have s Read more

The Kabab was very good, we ordered the family meal set. I liked the soup, the rice is good too, but the salad and potatoes are... like Canadian style. The potatoes are french fries, not like middle eastern styled potatoes (like those at Amir, Jasmine alsham). I think store bought french fries. I also ordered Samoussa, in which does not look like what ia shown on their menu, it'slike a steamed dumpling, not crispy fried samoussa, also looks like a dunpling too. The garlic sauce is sweet, tasted like it'sgarlic sauce mixed with mayonnaise. But the main star were those kebabs, they were very yummy and juicy. Read more
